Toddler Contest

Halloween is my favorite time of the year. It is a time when you can wear something deviant and nobody will care. This is one occasion when football star players and cheerleaders are out of fashion, ghosts are adorable, zombies are hilarious, mummies look dumb, and vampires are sexy. Anything supernatural is fun.

California, being home to Halloween, is the best place to be during Halloween. They celebrate Halloween party right on the streets of LA and San Francisco. Streets are closed, traffics are diverted and all the crazy people are out. It’s no wonder that Halloween costumes CA are flourishing. Whether you’re looking for costumes for toddlers California or adult character costumes, California has it all. Sizes also don’t matter, may it be costumes for plus size or costumes for infants CA can provide it.

This year, they are holding a carnival and a ball for both San Francisco and LA resident but of course it’s open to anyone. The ball is set to be the largest in the world, starting from Oct 23 & 24 to Oct 31, 2009. They promise all kinds of sites, sounds, contest and party. For young ones, the carnival will open a week before to accommodate them since the ball is strictly for adults only.

I’m so excited to attend this party with my sister but we still need to look for costumes for plus size CA so that our cousin could go with us. My cousin has gotten quite big after she gave birth and I don’t think we still have time for her to lose weight. I’m thinking of getting her something black because black makes you look smaller in size. Its Halloween anyway, nobody cares about how you look. Whether you’re ugly or fat, this is the time of the year when everyone is comfortable in their own skin. Anybody can be the ugly ghoul or the seductive devil and still get away with it.

Halloween is so much fun. I just wish it happens all year round and not just once a year.

No Contest stands as the definitive critique of competition. Contrary to accepted wisdom, competition is not basic to human nature; it poisons our relationships and holds us back from doing our best. In this new edition, Alfie Kohn argues that the race to win turns all of us into losers.
