Parents magazine cover contest?

Just wondering if anyone else is entering their baby and/or child in this?
not sure if it is available to the canadians or not i'm sorry
I was going to but the deadline was yesterday and I fell asleep lol.

I tried to but when uploading the pictures, I did not see the "step 2" button and it would not let me proceed. I am very upset because I emailed them and they were not helpful.
